With the temperatures consistently reaching triple digits Karen and I decided to incorporate some water in the WOD this time :) So we packed up the GoPro and Kettlebells (45#/35#) jumped in the car, fired up Waze selected Krause Springs as the destination and headed out to take on the Splish Splash Swim WOD.

This is the first of many Destination WODS. If you have any epic spots we should visit drop us a line.

For this WOD you will need a KB and a swimming pool (or some water you can do laps in). This WOD is a 21-15-9 for time. For the uninitiated, a 21-15-9 WOD just means you do 21 reps, 15 reps and 9 reps of different movements :)

Overall, I really enjoyed this WOD and it was a great way to get outside and do something active :) It is not as epic as our previous Living Amped challenges: The Algerian Mile or Heaven to Hell, but it is still a gem.
